Jennifer (Nwanosike) Oyelade is an International Recruitment Business Leader, EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, Employability Specialist, Columnist, and Author. She is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP – UK) and an Organisational Change Advocate with an extensive career spanning across Europe, Middle East, North America and Sub-Sahara Africa.

As a Talent Acquisition Director she had spearheaded recruitment and Market Entry strategies for in-country and global organisations in Europe, Middle East and Africa more specifically Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Botswana, and South Africa with the objective of identifying, developing and empowering talent.

She is the author of “Careerectional Facility – Writing the Wrongs of Professional Development”, a book that educates the reader on how to strategically position themselves for opportunities in a market where talented professionals are many and opportunities are few. The book also debunks the ideology that career success can only be attained within a predetermined structure.

Jennifer has also been featured on BBC Africa’s ‘Gist Nigeria’ on Channels TV, Guardian Nigeria, ThisDay Nigeria, Punch Newspaper, Business Day Newspaper and The Nation Newspaper to provide her expertise on Career Strategy, Organisation Transformation, Employee Engagement, and Capacity Building for future growth. She has been invited to speak at several engagements for global brands. Some of them include Association of Certified Chartered Accounts (ACCA) Global, and Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA) Abuja Chapter, Legacy Mentorship Program in Zambia, and FIST Africa to name a few.

Under her leadership, Transquisite Consulting has won the MEA Award for Best International Recruitment & Training Consultancy – Sub Sahara (2018) Best International HR Consultancy – Africa (2019) from Corporate Vision Magazine, UK and Corp Today Magazine – Best International HR Consultancy – Africa Corporate Vision Magazine, UK – (2020)

As an Employability Specialist, Jennifer helps professionals identify their core strengths achieve their career objectives using recession-proof methodologies to whether the storm of economic instability and works with organisations to implement sustainable practices that promote productivity, inclusion, diversity, and thought-leadership as an advocate of Organisational Change initiatives.

In partnership with Business A.M Newspaper, Jennifer also has a weekly column called “HR Insights with Jennifer Oyelade” where she writes about Career Strategy, Organisational Transformation, Human Capacity Development, Gender Inclusion and everything else in-between
